Zmart provides website building and hosting on a subscription basis. You own the content you create; we own the platform, blocks and template designs, which you are licensed to use for sites built on Zmart or exported from it. Do not use the service for anything unlawful, and keep your account credentials safe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel anytime from Billing, effective at period end. The service is provided as-is, and our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
We collect what is needed to run your account: email, billing details (processed by our payment provider; we never store card numbers) and usage analytics to improve the product. We do not sell personal data, we do not run third-party advertising trackers, and imported files in the import tool are processed entirely in your browser and never uploaded. You can export or delete your data anytime from Settings, and deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
All images, illustrations, template artwork and preview graphics across Zmart, including this website and every template and blog post, are original works generated by Zmart. We do not use stock photography, third-party imagery or borrowed content anywhere in the product or on this site. Blog articles and demo content are written for and relevant to this website. Because nothing here belongs to a third party, there is no need to contact us about third-party copyright clearance for our demo content — there is none to clear.
Your own content remains yours. When you import material into Zmart, you confirm you have the rights to it; the importer deliberately replaces incoming images with original placeholder slots so you re-upload only files you own. If you believe any user-published site infringes your rights, report it via the contact page and we will act on valid notices promptly.
